How can I guarantee anything? Because you're investing in my time, and you're investing in professional care. I make sure my sessions are not back-to-back and you are a given your own time in order to take care of you. I photograph until I know we have a great variety of photos, and then I sometimes go a little further. If something happens during our session, like tantrums, weather-issues, whatever, I will work with you to reschedule in order to get it right.

When we meet to review your photos and order the appropriate artwork, you should love your photos, not just say "eh, they're ok" in order for me and you to be happy. If I really screwed it up, I'll offer a complimentary session in order to get the photos you imagined. I mean it.

Lastly, I spend (too much) time testing labs from all over the world for the best papers and materials for longevity. This is a special event in your life, and I want you to get the best. If anything falls apart naturally over time and doesn't last, I will exchange it for free. I purposely choose quality over price-cutting in order to get these to last our lifetimes. It's not the cheapest out there, but I believe you get what you pay for, and for a great session, I guarantee the best.
